The Philosophy

Better movement creates better outcomes.

Whether you're an adult rebuilding strength or a young athlete developing your game, the foundation is the same: move well first, then build from there.

The Process

How I coach

My process is built around four steps

01

Assess

Every client starts with a movement-based assessment. We look at history, goals, movement quality, posture, control, strength foundations, and the patterns that may be holding you back.

02

Build the Plan

From there, I create a personalized starting point based on your body, your goals, and your current level.

03

Train with Purpose

Sessions are built around movement, strength, coordination, control, and progression — with the right regressions or progressions when needed.

04

Progress Over Time

The goal is not to crush you for one workout. The goal is to create sustainable progress that actually transfers to daily life or sport.

About

About Ethan Bowlin

I help bridge the gap between rehab, fitness, and performance.

With a background in kinesiology, biomechanics, athletic training, corrective exercise, strength and conditioning, and movement-based coaching, I've spent years helping people improve the way they move so they can perform better in life and sport.

My approach is simple: movement first, then strength, then performance.
